Role Overview:

As Senior Manager, Administration & Finance, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across finance, administration, and performance management within the senior care and active ageing ecosystem. The Centre Manager is responsible for managing and supervising a team of care staff and other staff to ensure the smooth operations of the Day Care Centre in compliance with MOH’s Service Requirements for Centre-based Care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the day-to-day running and management of the Senior Care Centre to meet MOH’s standards of service deliverables.
- Accountable for the optimal clientele build-up and sustenance within the expected capacity.
