Role Overview:

As Senior Manager, Administration & Finance, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across finance, administration, and performance management within the senior care and active ageing ecosystem. 1. Financial Oversight & Strategy

The Centre Manager is responsible for managing and supervising a team of care staff and other staff to ensure the smooth operations of the Day Care Centre in compliance with MOH’s Service Requirements for Centre-based Care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the day-to-day running and management of the Senior Care Centre to meet MOH’s standards of service deliverables.
- Accountable for the optimal clientele build-up and sustenance within the expected capacity.

Volunteer participation grew by almost 50 per cent to 5,000 volunteers. Together, they contributed more than 15,000 volunteer hours which is more than double the previous year, reaching around 40,000 beneficiaries.

While the week has ended, the spirit of giving continues as we create more opportunities to strengthen communities and make a difference.

Highlights

Awareness lessons at close to 350 PCF Sparkletots Preschools, reaching approximately 35,000 children.

75 PCF staff volunteers spending the day with 35 PCF Sparkle Care seniors at Gardens by the Bay.

500 volunteers supporting 200 families through a Community Grocery Day in Bedok.

$37,000 was donated to four Social Service Agencies, along with gifting support for close to 1,000 children from families requiring financial assistance.
