Looking Ahead
PRESCHOOL SERVICES
As Singapore’s largest preschool operator, PCF Sparkletots Preschool will continue to evolve with the changing needs of children, families and communities, while staying true to our mission of making quality and inclusive early childhood education accessible to families.
Looking ahead, we will focus on what matters most in a child’s early years: safe and attentive care, meaningful learning and trusting relationships. We want every child to feel known, supported and inspired to learn, while developing the confidence, curiosity, resilience and values to thrive in a changing world.
Families are an important part of this journey. By listening to parents and caregivers, communicating openly and working together at key stages of each child’s development, we can build stronger connections between home and preschool. This partnership helps us understand each child’s strengths and needs, and support their learning and wellbeing in and beyond the classroom.
Through programmes such as STEMIE and Mother Tongue Language education, children will develop curiosity, creativity and problem-solving skills while strengthening their language confidence and cultural connections. Community-based and intergenerational experiences will give them opportunities to discover new interests, build confidence and learn how they can contribute to their communities.
Inclusion will remain central to our work. We will continue to equip our educators and work alongside families, specialists and community partners to support children with diverse developmental needs.
Our purpose remains clear: to be a trusted partner to families and give every child a strong and meaningful start in life.
SENIOR CARE SERVICES
As we look ahead, PCF Sparkle Care will continue to expand its reach and strengthen its role as a provider of community-based care so that more seniors can benefit from our services.
Building on its growing network of Senior Care Centres and Active Ageing Centres, efforts will focus on bringing care closer to seniors and supporting them to age actively and meaningfully within their communities.
Partnerships will remain central to our approach. We will continue to work closely with healthcare, community and social service partners to strengthen coordination across the care ecosystem and improve support for seniors and their families.
Greater attention will also be placed on programmes that promote active ageing, rehabilitation, dementia care, social participation and intergenerational engagement.
Through innovation, collaboration and person-centred care, we aim to create more opportunities for seniors to remain active, connected and purposeful.
Guided by its refreshed vision, mission and core values, PCF Sparkle Care remains committed to empowering every senior to age with dignity, purpose and joy while contributing to stronger and more caring communities.
CHARITY
As we look ahead, the Charity Division will continue supporting underprivileged children and families through financial assistance, enrichment opportunities and community initiatives.
Key programmes such as the Headstart Fund, gifting programmes and KidSTART Sparkle Homes will remain important avenues of support for children and families in need.
Over the next two years, the Charity Division will deepen partnerships across the community sector to better support underserved families and seniors, while expanding opportunities for intergenerational engagement.
Through signature events such as Charity Week, we will mobilise sponsors, community partners, PCF staff volunteers and the wider community to raise awareness and extend support to those who need it most.
Volunteerism will remain at the heart of our work. In the coming years, we intend to broaden our reach to underserved communities and strengthen programme impact through closer collaboration with community partners, while continuing to uplift lives and foster a more inclusive and caring community.
