Terms and Conditions 1. A deposit and a (non-refundable registration fee of $16.35 for Kindergarten service) will be required for the confirmation of placement. 2. Any request for a refund of fees paid shall be subjected to the PCF’s Withdrawal and Refund Policy. 3. Acknowledgement of interest submission does not guarantee enrolment in the selected preschools. 4. Please note that if any of the information provided in this application is in any way false or incorrect, then this application will be rejected.
