In 2023, my center got SPARK re-certification. My team demonstrates a commitment to preschool quality standards. We also work together towards a common goal.
As a centre leader, I work to inspire my team. I want them to improve their skills continually. I also want them to foster a love for learning.
Creating a supportive learning environment requires strong connections. These are with families and the community.
