I’m Xiao Li, an Early Childhood Educator with 16 years of experience dedicated to nurturing young minds. Before stepping into my role as a centre principal, I spent nearly three years as a Chinese Curriculum Leader and Trainer at PCF headquarters. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Curriculum Leadership, which has provided me with the tools to lead with innovation and purpose.

In my role as a centre leader, I collaborate closely with the Community Care Corner to design meaningful learning experiences. Through intergenerational programmes, outdoor explorations, and the thoughtful integration of technology, we create opportunities for children to learn, grow, and connect with the world around them.
