My name is Wendy Teh, and I am a dedicated early childhood educator with over 15 years of experience in the field. I hold a Master of Arts in Educational Management from NTU, which has equipped me with the skills to lead and inspire in the realm of early childhood education.

My commitment to fostering a “Culture of Care” goes beyond the classroom. I strive to create a nurturing environment where trust, connection, and collaboration thrive among parents, staff, and children. By instilling good habits and values, I ensure that every child is equipped with the tools they need to embrace a bright and promising future.

As a centre leader, I am passionate about empowering my team to deliver exceptional early childhood education. Through a focus on STEMIE and Drama Strategies, we cultivate critical thinking, communication skills, and strong values in the children we nurture, preparing them to thrive in an ever-changing world.
