With 19 years of experience in the early childhood field, my passion for nurturing young minds continues to grow. I hold a Master of Education, specialising in Early Childhood Education, and I look forward to sharing my knowledge and experience with my team of dedicated educators. 

As a centre leader, I thrive on building a cohesive culture of learning through meaningful interactions with my team. I create platforms for peer learning, fostering an environment where educators can support and learn from one another. This collaborative approach strengthens their competencies and enables them to provide enriching and meaningful learning experiences for the children in our care.
