My journey with PCF Sparkletots began in 2000 as a teacher, and in 2006, I took on the role of centre leader. These experiences have been the foundation of my growth, equipping me with the skills, knowledge, and passion that define me as an Early Childhood practitioner today.

Under my leadership, the centre achieved SPARK accreditation in both 2013 and 2016—a reflection of my team’s commitment to excellence and high-quality preschool standards. I take great pride in guiding and inspiring my team to continually enhance their skills, ensuring they deliver exceptional education and care to our young learners.

The learning environment is a cornerstone of children’s development. Together with my team, we focus on creating authentic, engaging learning experiences that inspire curiosity, exploration, and the construction of new knowledge. By fostering strong partnerships with families and community organisations, we ensure a collaborative and enriching approach to early childhood education.
