I joined PCF in 1999 as a centre leader. I have been with the preschool industry, including the infant care service, for over 30 years. I was awarded the ECDA Scholarship and attained a Master of Science in Early Childhood Education in 2015. ​

I have also achieved a Bachelor of Early Childhood Studies and several diplomas. I have received the Outstanding Leader Award from ECDA (2010) and the ECDA Innovation Award (2015), participated in the ECDA exhibition for a centre project, and attained SPARK accreditation and license for several centres. These have demonstrated my commitment to quality care and the standard of the centre I run. ​

​I do my best to ensure the wellness of my staff. When my teachers are cared for, they will have better care for the children their parents entrusted.​

​I believe in active partnership as we cannot nurture children alone without the full support of families and community partners. ​
