Led by Principal Jasmine Pang
With over 13 years of experience in the early childhood sector, I am committed to fostering excellence in education. I recently completed my Master’s in Early Childhood Education in 2023 and am currently advancing my expertise through the PDP-L programme.
Under my leadership, our centre achieved SPARK (Commendation) accreditation in 2022—a milestone that underscores our dedication to quality and innovation. I have built an environment where teachers are empowered to excel, resulting in numerous PCF awards and national recognitions. These accolades reflect the unwavering passion and commitment of our team to provide the very best for the children in our care.
As a centre leader, I inspire my teachers to embrace a mindset of continuous learning and growth. Through professional development, personal reflections, and collaborative sharing, we sharpen our skills and design engaging, impactful activities tailored to each child’s needs.
At the heart of my approach is a deep respect for the individuality of every child. By observing their interests, strengths, and abilities, I work closely with teachers to implement personalised, strength-based strategies that align with each child’s unique learning style.
Our centre’s success is a collective effort, strengthened by partnerships with national agencies and community organisations. In 2023, we collaborated with the Singapore Kindness Movement to raise $2,000 for the President’s Challenge—an initiative that highlights the power of unity in supporting our children and community.
“Every child deserves the right to an education that celebrates and nurtures their unique way of learning.”
