Led by Principal Tan Li Gueh

I am Ms Tan Li Gueh, your Centre Leader for Blk 277B. With over 20 years of experience in early childhood education, I have been part of PCF Sparkletots Preschool since 2010. Previously, I led Blk 290A for nearly eight years (2016–2024), managing a team of 39 staff and teachers and overseeing around 120 children (Infant Care to K2). I hold a Professional Diploma in Leadership in Early Childhood Education, which has guided my approach to fostering excellence in preschool education.

During my tenure at Blk 290A, the centre achieved SPARK Certification in 2023, a testament to our commitment to quality. I also collaborated with MOE/ECDA on the 2023 publication of the Educators’ Guide for Values, Social and Emotional Competencies, and Learning Dispositions. In 2024, my team and I successfully organised the ‘Science Fair Showcase’ and ‘Social-Emotional Showcase’, which saw strong participation and positive outcomes for children and families.

My leadership prioritises high-quality care, ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of every child. I believe these are the cornerstones of effective learning and development. I am dedicated to empowering educators, and supporting their professional growth. By investing in our team, we can enhance teaching practices and create a more enriching environment for the children we nurture.

I value strong collaboration with parents, as it is essential for each child’s holistic development.
