I hold an Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership and currently lead a large childcare centre. Before stepping into this role, I gained extensive experience across several Sparkletots preschools, each offering diverse services and enriching my understanding of early childhood education. My journey into this field began 12 years ago when I made the transition from accountancy, driven by a deep passion for working with children.

This passion has been the driving force behind my pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. I firmly believe that for learning to be effective, it must spark curiosity and interest in children, making it both meaningful and engaging.

When children are genuinely captivated, they become motivated to explore, discover, and build knowledge.
