My name is Zahara, and I am a dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Professional.  

Over the years, I have honed my expertise in mentoring aspiring teachers and managing preschools, consistently achieving full enrolment within the first quarter of the year at the centres I have led.    

My strengths lie in effective communication and management, which have been key to developing organisational goals, increasing enrolment, and enhancing staff expertise. 

I am well-versed in preschool licensing and SPARK accreditation, and I have had the privilege of training teachers across Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand.  

These opportunities have allowed me to deepen my understanding of diverse educational systems and refine my ability to adapt to different cultural and professional contexts.
