I am Florence Fok, a dedicated early childhood educator with 29 years of experience in the field. I hold a Diploma in Montessori Studies, along with additional qualifications in Teaching and Leadership. For 20 years, I owned and operated a Montessori Kindergarten.

My centre achieved SPARK accreditation in 2022—a milestone that reflects my commitment to quality and excellence.

My experience has allowed me to cultivate a culture of calmness, positivity, and collaboration within my team. I empower my educators to embrace each day with enthusiasm and purpose, ensuring that the children in our care thrive in an environment that nurtures their learning, growth, and development.
