I am Rajeswarii and I have 20 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. I lead my team to excel in teaching and learning with innovative practices.

Holding a Master’s in Education (NIE, NTU), I strongly believe in child-directed learning and building 21st-century skills in children in a VUCA world.

My journey through the SPARK accreditation process in 2022 provided more profound insights into implementing a diversified curriculum and pedagogical practices for children’s overall development.
