I am Sulasteri, and I have a leadership diploma and 20 years of experience in early childhood education. I prioritise the safety and well-being of everyone in her school.
As a centre leader, I actively collaborate with parents and communities to help children feel a sense of belonging. My centre has received a 36-month operating license and SPARK accreditation. We participated in the Innovation Grant Project and Practitioner Inquiry Grant to improve quality.
