With 19 years of experience in the early childhood industry, including 12 years as a centre leader, I bring a wealth of knowledge and dedication to my role.

As a Centre Principal, I actively collaborate with community partners to enrich the learning experiences of the children in my care. For example, the Singapore Police Force conducts yearly safety talks for children and their parents, fostering awareness and preparedness. I also adhere to the Healthy Meals in Preschool Programme (HMPP) guidelines by the Health Promotion Board, ensuring that children receive nutritious meals to support their growth and development. Additionally, my centre participates in intergenerational programmes, such as craft sessions and performances for residents at Jurong West Senior Homes, promoting empathy and connection across generations.
