My name is Julie Pereira, and I have been proudly serving with Sparkletots since 2010. Armed with a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education, I stepped into the role of Centre Principal in 2013. My dedication to lifelong learning and professional growth led me to complete a Master’s in Early Childhood Education in October 2023, further enriching my ability to lead and inspire.

Since 2016, my centre has consistently achieved SPARK accreditation—a testament to my team’s commitment to excellence and the highest standards of preschool education.

I am passionate about guiding and inspiring my dedicated team to continually develop their skills and expertise, ensuring they provide exceptional education and care to young learners. I also place great importance on fostering strong partnerships with parents and the community, recognising their critical role in supporting children’s holistic development.
