I am Justina Kwa, and I am a passionate early childhood educator with over 10 years of experience in the field. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Wheelock College, a foundation that has shaped my commitment to nurturing young minds and fostering their growth.

Through participation in government-led initiatives like KidStart, I support children’s holistic development, ensuring their learning, health, and well-being are prioritised.

As a centre leader, I am dedicated to creating a joyful and stimulating learning environment where children can thrive. I believe in the power of music to inspire creativity and enhance cognitive development, and strive to instil this love in every child. Equally important to me is building an environment of trust and connection, where parents, staff, and children can flourish together as a supportive community.
