I joined Sparkletots in 2015 with a Diploma in preschool teaching and leadership. I stepped up to be a qualified leader in 2017. I pursued further education, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education from Monash University, Clayton, in 2022. In 2018, my centre achieved SPARK accreditation.

I work closely with my team to identify their strengths, areas for growth, and professional goals. We foster strong partnerships with the parents and community, creating opportunities for our children to thrive. We provide a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating environment.
