I’m Sulaiha and I have been working in the early childhood industry for more than 25 years.

I joined PCF Sparkletots in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood and Family Education. My centre achieved SPARK accreditation for quality twice and a 36-month operating license from ECDA. I have also completed an Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY) at NIEC and earned a Diploma in Montessori Teaching.

I do my best to build a good rapport with parents and encourage their involvement through centre events, workshops, and courses. I treat my high-performing team of staff like a big family.
