I abide by the principles of respect and honesty. After a mid-career switch, this has kept me in the industry for 21 years. It was great to have the opportunity to be part of a team to complete SPARK twice and to achieve an innovative award from ECDA. With great determination, I aim to achieve this goal with my new team here at PCF Sparkletots.  

As a centre leader now, I would like to set a positive culture with the teachers in the centre to build the team to become good role models to the children in our care. I believe in cultivating good values in every individual to create lifelong learners. I hope to impart what I have learned, share what I can with others, and learn more from my colleagues.
