I’m Mastura, an Early Childhood Education veteran with over 25 years of experience. I hold a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education and have taught in both private and PCF centres. My focus is on personalised learning and creating a nurturing environment where children can play, explore and thrive.

Our centre celebrates Singapore’s diversity by offering 3 Mother Tongue languages. We hold a SPARK accreditation and a 36-month operating licence, ensuring quality education at PCF Sparkletots.

I strongly advocate for partnerships with parents and the community.
