I joined PCF in 2019. I hold a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education from SUSS. I have over 21 years of experience in early childhood.

I was shortlisted as a finalist for the ECDA Outstanding Early Childhood Leader award in 2021. In 2022, I received the PCF Outstanding Service Quality award. I was also part of the Principal Matters programme.

I travelled to Boston for my leadership journey in 2018. I believe in lifelong learning. I was part of the PDP Programme for Leaders. I got to connect with the early childhood community in Hanoi in 2023.

As a centre leader, I empower teachers to seek professional development opportunities. A good teacher makes a difference as they play a crucial role in the child’s development.
