I am Ambiga Varadarajan, an experienced Early Childhood educator with over 17 years of dedication to the field. My passion for nurturing young minds led me to pursue a Diploma in Early Childhood Teaching and Leadership in 2006, followed by a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education—foundations that have deepened my expertise and commitment to excellence.

As a Centre Leader, I prioritise the professional growth of my team, encouraging them to participate in training programmes, workshops, and continuous learning opportunities. This ensures they remain innovative, skilled, and equipped to meet the evolving needs of early childhood education.

Every day, I strive to create learning spaces that are purposeful, engaging, and inclusive.
