I joined PCF in 2021 as a Centre Principal, leading our team through the SPARK developmental visit and subsequent assessment. Our collective efforts have enabled us to achieve SPARK accreditation in 2023, with good scores across crucial domains such as General Principles for Pedagogy, Holistic Development, and Integrated Approach to Learning and Assessment for Children’s Learning and Development.

I do my best to cultivate a positive and secure work environment that empowers my team to thrive. I believe in actively involving children and educators in sustainability initiatives and multi-generational projects, forging meaningful partnerships within our community.

I continue to steer my team towards excellence, leveraging innovation, collaboration, and steadfast dedication to our mission.
