My name is Sumitra Tiwari. I started as a teacher and later as Principal. I am currently a Senior Centre Principal with PCF Sparkletots. I have been in the Early Childhood industry for 36 years. I have been extensively involved in setting up preschools, creating quality environment and curriculum development. 

I believe that learning not only takes place in school but also at home. Teachers in my centre are encouraged to build good rapport with parents to facilitate two-way communication. This benefits the children immensely as they will get teachings that are aligned between home and school learning life-skills in their education journey towards primary school.

My centre’s main achievements include a 36-month operating licence and retention of the SPARK accreditation for 6 years continuously
