My name is Veejayakumari DO Thiagaraja and I have over 30 years of experience in the field.

I went through extensive training in Early Childhood Education and Leadership. As a result, I have a deep understanding of the Reggio Emilia Programme, Early Years Programme, and Child Care Services.

In 2004, I travelled to Italy to study the Reggio Emilia Programme first-hand, and I implemented this innovative approach in her centre for nine to ten years. I was recognised for my contribution in 2008 when I received the Outstanding Teacher Award. Over the years, I have successfully guided her centre through multiple SPARK assessments and licensing processes. 

As a centre leader, I instilled a culture of lifelong learning within her team, encouraging her staff to pursue professional development opportunities and explore innovative teaching methods.
