Led by Principal Chin

After spending 13 years as a software engineer in the semiconductor industry, I transitioned to early childhood education. I gained 8 years of experience in private childcare centres before taking on the role of Principal at a PCF Sparkletots Kindergarten for 5 years.

I hold a Diploma in ECE Teaching and Leadership and a Degree in ECE, both obtained through part-time study. To further enhance my skills and knowledge, I have participated in numerous leadership and curriculum training programmes.

Two of my proudest career achievements include leading two preschools to achieve the SPARK Commendation award—one in 2014 and another in 2018. These accomplishments highlight the power of collaboration between ECE leaders, teachers, parents, and the community.
