I’m Herlena, Centre Principal of PCF Sparkletots since 2008. I led PCF’s first Dual Service centre at Hougang Blk 452. With my Early Childhood Education and Families degree and over 20 years of experience, I guided my team to achieve SPARK certification in 2017. Since then, I have worked with ECDA on innovation projects to improve teaching and learning.

As a centre leader, I do my best to engage young ones in developing positive learning dispositions through holistic approaches. I work closely with families to lay a strong foundation for the future generation.
