I’m Herlena, Centre Principal of PCF Sparkletots since 2008.

I led PCF’s first Dual Service centre at Hougang Blk 452, and with my degree in Early Childhood Education and Families and over 20 years of experience, I guided my team to achieve SPARK certification in 2017. Since then, I have collaborated with ECDA on innovation projects to enhance teaching and learning practices.

As a centre leader, I strive to engage young learners in developing positive learning dispositions through holistic approaches.

Working closely with families, I aim to lay a strong foundation for the future generation.
