I have been a teacher at PCF Sparkletots Preschool since 1999 and became a centre leader in 2003.

Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Childhood and Family Education from Edith Cowan University, I further honed my leadership skills through the Principal Matter Leaders Overseas Learning Trip to Boston and the ECDA Leader 3 Years Professional Development programmes. In 2017, my efforts were recognized with the ECDA’s Early Childhood Innovation – Commendation Award for the project Our Young Explorers.

Under my leadership, the previous centre at Sembawang achieved SPARK accreditation with Commendation in 2016.
