Monday to Friday : 7:00am – 7:00pm

Playgroup (PG) – 1.5 hours (offered at selected centres)

Nursery (N2) – 3 hours
Kindergarten 1 and 2 (K1 & K2) – 4 hours

Infants
(2 months to 18 months)
Infant
1. Facilitated free choice activities include sensorial play, visual and tactile stimulation.
2. Activities should meet infants’ developmental milestones be carried out at infants’ schedule.
3. Outdoor Experience- Promote children’s curiosity and sense of wonder of the natural environment.
4. Each infant age 6 months onwards should have at least once or more experience in Baby Chef activities within a week.

Playgroup & Pre-Nursery
(18 months to 3 years old)
Playgroup
1. Facilitated free choice activities include sensory play, visual and tactile stimulation.
2. Planned activities from the Early Years Sparkle Curriculum and must be conducted with a small group of children. EL and MTL Teachers can conduct activities concurrently.
3. Each child should have at least once or more experience in Toddler Chef activities within a week.
Pre-Nursery
1. Facilitated free choice activities include sensory play, visual and tactile stimulation.
2. Planned activities from the Early Years Sparkle Curriculum and must be conducted with a small group of children. EL and MTL Teachers can conduct activities concurrently.
3. Each child should have at least once or more experience in Young Chef activities within a week.

1. Suggested Free Choice Activities: Loose Parts Play |Tinkering Corner | Makerspace
2. GMA- Gross Motor Activities:
For full day services, 1 hour daily, with at least 30 minutes outdoors or 45 minutes thrice weekly outdoors.
For half day services, 30 minutes thrice weekly, with at least one session outdoors
3. L&L Small Group Time includes activities such as Phonological Awareness Activities| Communication Activities | Developing an Interest in Reading | Other L&L activities.
4. Differentiated Learning Activities to be facilitated by teacher during the 1st 10mins of the Learning Centre Time. STEMIE-related activities can be included during Learning Centre Time.
5. Centres which have yet to adopt STEMIE programme may use the slot to implement any other planned activities.
KN (AM/PM) – Nursery
*Large Group Teaching must Include 3 Language & Literacy and 2 Numeracy experiences.
^Gross Motor Activities must be conducted thrice weekly, of which one session must be conducted outdoor.
